Payment is required in advance by check, money order or credit card. Make check or money order payable to Many Moons Alternatives Inc. and mail with your order to the address at the end of this page. You may also fax this form to me at 250-592-8815. I will package and ship your order when I receive your check or verification of your credit card information. Sorry, no COD shipments.

3) For United States and all other countries other than Canada payment is required in U.S. funds. Make check or Money Order payable to Many Moons Alternatives Inc in United States funds. Credit card orders are automatically converted to the correct currency.

4) Canadian customers make the check or Money Order payable in Canadian funds.

5) Canadian resident must also include 7 percent GST tax to the total of the order. This does not apply to customers in the US or other countries.

6) Credit Card Payment. Many Moons accepts Visa and Master Card. If ordering by credit card provide credit card number, expiry date and the name on the card.

7) Mail your check, Money Order or credit card information along with a list of the products you ordered to the address below. Please include a phone number so I can call if I need to clarify the order. And tell me you heard about Many Moons on the internet.

8) Credit Card orders can also be called in at 1-800-916-4444 or faxed in at 1-250-592-8815.

9) Orders are sent out within 2 days of receipt unless they are special orders (these can take up to one week to get out). Allow 2 to 4 weeks for arrival of the order if shipped by surface mail, one to two weeks for airmail. Orders for single Keepers are shipped by airmail and arrive within one to two weeks. I am always available to give you a status report just call me at the toll free number or e-mail.
