| Hold the cup between
the thumb and forefinger. Simply fold the cup once. |
The fold the cup
over a second time. Now it ready for insertion. (The Keeper comes with more
detailed instructions). |
Some women like to use a bit of lubricant
to ease insertion - check out our chemical free lubricants.
The Keeper hold about 1 fluid ounce. Most women flow about 2 to 4 ounces during
their period, so emptying the cup a few times a day is adequate. After one or
two months of using the Keeper you'll become familar with your own menstrual
flow pattern.
Care of the Keeper - when your period
is over, simply wash with soap and water. Dry the Keeper and store it in the
little cloth carrying bag that come with it.
DivaCup usage and care is the same.
