Compucentre Selection

Through our prime distributor we are able to offer goods from all leading suppliers of computers, peripherals, software and accessories. In addition we have access to four additional, major, distributors of computer related products. In total, this gives us access to over 100,000 different products in order to meet individual customer needs for component upgrades, addons and special software.

Compucentre Value

Our practice is to offer a wide range of equipment and software from proven, industry leading manufacturers and publishers. Our buyers and technical evaluation teams submit new products to rigorous testing before adding items to the product line. In addition, since we are franchised by one of Canada's largest distribution networks, our customers benefit from their strong buying power.

Compucentre Service

We are a locally-owned business. The owner is in the store. Our staff are given full opportunity to develop their knowledge in the field. As well, they personally follow through on service to their individual customers. With the industry, technology and product lines changing at the rate they do we do not lay claim to "knowing all the answers". However, we do pride ourselves in listening to our customers questions and in knowing how to use our resources to find the right answers.

In addition, we expand our skills and customer support capabilities by developing partnership relationships with local suppliers who we determine to be qualified, competant and specialized in particular product lines and who have substantial local resources. These partners may provide specialized knowledge, application skills, education or hardware maintenance.
